Caroline is a great listener and is able to say the words you were thinking. She makes you feel at ease and very comfortable with no judgement so you may discuss things you never knew you needed to! There is a great positive shift in how you view yourself and your future and that is down to a great therapist. I highly recommend seeing her as your life will change for the better
