When I came to Caroline I was in a fragile and desperate state, having tried and failed repeatedly to solve a long-term problem. I was beginning to lose hope. I was therefore genuinely amazed when Caroline’s work began to transform both the outlook and outcomes of my situation. She helped me get a genuine hold on something that for so long had felt intangible and beyond reach. Perhaps most importantly though, she enabled me to make space for, and build a relationship with, a part of myself that had long been neglected. Caroline’s work is holistic, dynamic and thorough. She quickly builds a safe and trusting environment, providing a strong foundation for the work. When our sessions concluded I left with a clear pathway for action and a real clarity of purpose. I cannot recommend Caroline’s practice highly enough
